A face to the Salt Cave

My intention is very focused on personal and collective evolution, and deepening awareness. That is something I like to help others work on within themselves too.  I think one of my strengths is helping people create positive change starting in their bodies and energetic field. I am aware of the challenges humans face, we have a dense body, and chaotic mind and unprocessed emotions, yet we are urged by the Guru's to "be present". How is that even possible? With my work as an acupuncturist and healer, I'm deeply aware of how  we get really caught up in old energy patterns that do not allow us to be fully present. The salt cave / sound lounge is an additional service I offer, that has powerful potential to create actual changes on a cellular level and create healthy aligned energy patterns. The salt room itself has such a potent energy in it, and I always feel more connected to myself, and others when I spend time in it. The sound table is an incredible tool to take things further into each cell in the body. The first time I used it, I felt an awareness of the water molecules in my body, changing. Think about the ripples water makes when you throw a stone in a lake. The sound vibrates the water in our bodies to specific frequencies creating physiological changes. Clients tend to have different experiences in there, but there is one thing thats for sure, its going to be an experience.

I host somewhat regular live sound bath healings with a  friend of mine. I do acupuncture and energy work while you receive a sound bath in the salt room. We take 4 people per session.
